Well said jimbo, something I actually agree with you on. They have been paid off by the movie/music industry to deliver that verdict but in the end only the pirate bay and it's users prosper from the publicity. Movie/music industries try to enforce USA laws in other countries which to me is quite like the mafia. They need to adapt their business models to get with the times and stop trying to monopolize it by forcing us to buy dvd/cds. They have screwed us for long enough because most of the new albums that they release are the same as the old ones with a different order of playlist.

Like i mentioned earlier, this verdict was a forgone conclusion. If the USA ( no offence intended) had there way then they would police the net. Theyve allready started with You Tube. I remember a certain T Berners Lee and an article he was one took part in.
The internet is a medium, free for use for all.
Yes i agree that he never thought piracy would be on it. However the net is no different then 15 years ago when people used to copy one VHS tape to another.
