Playing Speed Windows "Hearts" and other Card Games

I know this is trivial but it is bothersome.

I have 2 PCs running with W7 Home Premium. They are basically identical and all updates are installed.

However, on PC2 when playing Windows Hearts, Spider Solitaire and plain Solitaire the movements of cards from playing hands to the board is instantaneous. It does not show the cards slowly moving from the "hands" to the center of the board. This is disconcerting because my mind doesn't work that fast.

I have rebooted, run AVG (auto daily) and Malwarebytes after the problem started yesterday. None helped.

Note the problem is only on ONE PC.

Any help will be appreciated.

Didn't get any replies to the above.

I've tried other things. I discovered the "animation" feature under Options for Hearts. Mine is sick. The block is checked but both that and the "Display animations" are grey, not black. Other options are black.

I have tried "deactivating" that feature. Then closed out games and went back in to delist Hearts from my active list. Rebooted but no help.

Is there any way I can delete and reload just Hearts or the whole list of Microsoft Games?
