Please analyze this BSOD for me

my GX740 notebook crashed again, 2 times today...
please tell me whats the cause. i attached 2 dump files.

I had no crashes for 3 or 4 days. today it started to crash again.
I cant tell i made driver or other big changes to my notebook. i dont think so...

These were caused by two different files. Fist was ndisuio.sys, and second netw5s64.sys. Both were bad pool calls which is probably memory related.

I would re-install both drivers and
run a system file check (sfc /scannow)
download memtestx86 and run for at least 5 passes to test the memory.
