Solved Please Assist In The Deleting Of A Folder In Task Scheduler

Hi,

I made a folder in Windows 7 x64 Task Scheduler to try and organise my Tasks.
Now I no longer use or need it but every time I try to delete it gives me an error and says there is something in it but it is empty. I've scrubbed the registry and hard drive trying to remove or rename this folder. My account is listed as being the Administrator.

Can anyone help me figure out how to delete this folder?

Thank You For The Advice,

I must have really messed something up and haven't been able to focus for the last week or two so I hate to admit it but gave up and did a fresh instal that will take quite a while to complete to get my system back up and running. I just hope I didn't lose any data along this nightmare of a system repair.
