bsod when i play several games and sometimes just downloading or surfing the web. Issue seems to go away if I remove all AMD gfx drivers and software and then manually install just the driver with device manager...

AMD just released a new driver package and it does the same thing...can anyone dissect these .dmp logs and tell me what it could be?

Thanks

Hello and welcome prestigetech mate the driver for your card was it this one? SAPPHIRE Technology

Now I am not seeing anything to do with the graphics in the dump files unless I am missing soemthing of course.

Can you run these please the malware scans as you do not list an AV in the specs
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary
NB SFC best run for about three scans

if no fix then these

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Premium
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If you are running Kaspersky as the main AV then it might need disabling it when trying ADW because it does not like it at times)

Thanks soo so much for your response.

Yes those are the exact drivers I have installed when I get bsod. I don't have AV as it is a complete fresh install of windows 7 and I immediately install the card drivers and test for bsod and still get it...

Did the dmp files say what was causing the issue?

Thanks

Sorry late reply matte the dumps show up some graphical stuff exactly what I cannot really say because it is linked to a Windows update
Code:
BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff80003518e12, fffff880052cf7f8, fffff880052cf050}

Probably caused by : [COLOR="red"]dxgmms1.sys[/COLOR] ( dxgmms1!VidSchiScheduleCommandToRun+80 )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------

Now did you run those other scans yet?? the first two will scan the OS for corrupt or problems within the system and may just fix them.

If you want a free AV then you can pick from here Free Windows Desktop Software Security List | Gizmo's Freeware < go to the real time section but avoid AVG McAfee and Comodo (awful nagger)

It may be worth running the Furmark test on the card too if the machine doesn't blue screen again
FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net as some Googles mention car faultings.
