Solved please help BSOD

when i open any game the laptop freeze ( BATTLEFIELD 3, SLEEPING DOGS ), and sometimes the laptop freezes on the desktop and get that BSOD ( BCC CODE: 124 ) with as sound. i changed the ram and get another new one but the proplem still coming :mad:
