I thought my problem was a bad SSD, and so did Crucial, but after having it replaced under warranty, I am still having the same BSOD's.

I am computer literate, but completely clueless about debugging.

I tried to follow instructions and have attached a zip file with the minidump files analyzed.

I have a Sony VAIO VGN-Z570N laptop with a clean install of Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If it helps, the minidump files are attached...

Anybody?

Usually happens when the computer is going to sleep or after I log on after waking it up...if that helps.

Hi -

Sorry to tell you this, but it appears that SSD #2 is bad - I/O error -
Code:
[FONT=lucida console]FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  X64_0xF4_[COLOR=red]IOERR[/COLOR]_IMAGE_wininit.exe[/FONT]

RMA the SSD.

Install Windows 7 onto a SATA HDD in the interim.

Thanks for ther feedback!

Do I have two problems here...I/O errors and a bad driver ("VISTA_DRIVER_FAULT")?

If so, can you tell which driver is suspect?

The I/O error likely refers to your SSD.

1 BSOD was VERIFIER_ENABLED and did not name a 3rd party driver, which is indicative of hardware failure.

BSODs were not driver related.
