Please Help, Cut & Paste issue

* Sorry for my bad english!

Whatever I cut any file and paste it from sub folder with keyboard or mouse click, normally it should show up in a second, but it didn't and nothing happen till a few minutes then it show up. When it happens, i can't do anything else but minimize or re-size the windows, even nothing happen with mouse click, checked taskmgr said that still responding.

It only happen in C drivers(where Windows installed) /Download folder.

If I understand correctly, it's possible that you are trying to paste into a directory that Windows "forbids" pasting [copying] into. I run into that problem several times monthly. At the moment, the solution is quite geeky, and does not always work.

No, it's not like that. I could keep anything last 5 years till yesterday morning it suddenly happens. I didn't install any unknown program, anti-virus software still working and malware scan nothing.

Btw thanks for your reply, i didn't expect that i will get any idea/ advice here, even any reply.

Check Disk

I suggest that you run a disc check to see if there are any HDD issues.
You can use the GUI or the Command Prompt to run it.

It might be worth running SFC too.

Open the Command Prompt (Use the "Run as administrator" option in the context menu).
Type:

sfc /scannow
​
