Please help-full control permissions..

hey guys i need to give full control permissions to 1 or both of the users on my comp but when i right click properties security etc, i cant click on any permissions to change them

any ideas thanks guys!

An easy way that usually works to fix this problem is to use the tutorial below to take ownership. It allows you to easily add/remove "take ownership" items to the explorer right click context menu:

/A Gives ownership to the administrators
group instead of the current user.

The OP doesn't need to take ownership if he is the admin he can go into the cpanel?users>change another account>make admin. If he is admin have him upload a snip so we can look at it, It should look like the enclosed snip

yeh guys i am an admin, which is weird it should let me change permissions but duno y it wont, it wont even let me click to change them

caps at about 650kb down, 50kb up . Gigabit local network.
Just enable the real admin account and then add in security tab in properties of a drive grant yourself full control and set yourself as owner, you can do anything you want :D

I just found out this myself, finally I am in control and I dont get nagged about anything unless the file is in use.

I always was curious on what windows was hiding from me behind those secret folders that I could never get to see inside.
