Hi, my name is William. Well, I was bought a new PC, 2 weeks ago. But, the problem is, this PC is always BSOD [lot, tons of times]. I've been fed up and very sad, lately. I already contact the vendor, and replace the mainboard, harddisk, memory but, there is no change to my PC. When I connect to internet, and download something, my PC will crash and have a BSOD.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x86. I wonder if my OS was the problem. But when I'm sure my NIC was the problem [I replaced it before with the mainboard, because the NIC is onboard] but the BSOD occured again.

I'm sorry if my English is bad. Please help me, I'm very, very sad. This problem is killing me.

William this is indeed a tale of woe.....

I gather your computer is under warranty.
A new computer should not be presenting with the problems you have listed - & we volunteers should not be putting at risk the rights,YOU, the consumer has under that warranty...
I strongly suggest that you should seek further advice asap.
Under Warranty terms a duty of care applies.

Will, you said you have had problems with this new PC
Who replaced "the mainboard, harddisk, memory"?
If it is hardware related it SHOULD be covered by your Manufacturers warranty.

I know, but I already replaced it over and over. It's under the shop's warranty. But basically, I want to know what happened to my PC. Or maybe I've been duped by them.

Will - you will need persistence.
Speak with them yet again.
BTW - What exactly are your rights under the terms of the shops warranty?

just a plain 1 year warranty, under shop's
but I will make them give my money back. I've replaced it lot and lots of times. I have a life too to live.

Well the good news is, they gave me back my money. The bad news is, they only gave $375 [Origin: $400]. Such a shame.. But I personally thank you JMH for helping me and give me advice. And thanks to this forum. Thank you very much. Hope I didn't give a spam.
