Hello Guys: ı have just formated my laptop and istall drivers and neccessary programs to the C: Drive. (Well when ı installing drivers ı have notice the laptop went so slow)
Then Now ı want to install Linux to my my D: drive. To do this ı have incerted my Flash disk, opened my Ultraİso, Chose "Write Bootable Disk image" as usual. and now; first ı wanted to format flash disk, and ı had "This drive in use. Another program or process is using this drive" false. But anyway ı did format it then ı have pushed the button writtig "WRİTE" and now ı am seen a message such as "The Device is busy. Close all running applications. Click on OK Button to Retry"
AND: When ever ı run "Rate my Computer"
I can not rate my laptop in performance and tools window. İt says " The Windows Experience İndex for your system couldn't be computed. Can not complate assessment."
Last and MOST important problem of me in windows 7 is ı do not want to receive any message as "Access Denied"
ı am usually having this message. Well there is NO ONE is using my laptop except me but anyway ı am having thi message too. ı have already went to the security and changed and inherit permittions.
I use unetbootin, works in windows and in linux.
It should be able to write the linux installer to the usb flash drive. UNetbootin - Homepage and Downloads
Run it and direct the unetbootin to the iso of linux you downloaded.
Then boot the liveusb unetbooting created on the flash drive.
Then when you run the linux installer, tell it to install to that D: drive, of course it wont say it is D:
Perhaps an antivirus program is scanning the usb drive while your trying to write to it?
Thank you. ı will try it. well ı knew this tool but ı havent use it ı was using Ultraİso. so can you say please how can ı rid of seen "Acces denied" message? My friend There is NO ONE using my laptop and the 7 keep saying me "Access denied" well went to the security tab and try to own and inherit permittion but NO RESULT
Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
I personally used Linux universal usb installer if formats the stick for you
The only issue usually with installing Linux to a partition is if windows has the 100mb system reserved partition as well as C.

The user's Administrator account is outranked by other "System users" (i.e. you don't have full control over your PC).
A few days ago I was trying to do something and I couldn't, despite the Security tab clearly showing that the Administrators Group Permissions were set to "Full control".
I'm not a fan of the Linux Permission system, but when you switch to "root" (Administrator) you are "the Supreme Authority".

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
I don't believe we can actually say how to put your computer at risk :/
You might say what security is on this machine and exactly where and what locations are you getting these access denied messages and doing what tasks.

That is rather draconian. We don't know yet if it is malware and, if it is, there is a good chance it can be purged without resorting to formatting and reinstalling the OS, etc. In fact, formatting and reinstalling the OS may not work if the malware is lurking in the data or a software or driver installation file which would simply reintroduce it.
