Everytime i turn my pc on , boots on safe mode so please if somebody knows how to make it stop it please tell me

it says microsoft windows 7600 2 processors kernel multiprocessor boot enable on safe mode

Your posts and title tell us absolutely nothing that we can use to help you fix your problem. Lets start with some basic information.

Is this the same computer listed in your system specs? When did this problem start? When you first turn the computer on is there any kind of screen or message asking if you want to boot into safe mode? Where and when does it display the message listed in your second post? Did you make any software or hardware changes before the problem started? Have you done anything to troubleshoot the problem already? Do you have system restore enabled (should be unless you disabled it)?

A few days ago i change some stuff on > msconfig (System Configuration) > Boot but now i put back the way it was
