I have using system restore, but it's not working.
it means i have to reinstall my windows or just reinstall the permission research?
what is permission research exactly? a driver or the other.

honestly, i don't know what the name of that program. i never install that program before that problem showing. that is happening after i scan my computer with AVG and it found a virus. i think it is not a virus. just like malware or the other things. i'm going crazy about it.
