Hello Jesse welcome to SevenForums!!

Im still going through your dump files, and so far its pointing to a Memory Exception. Can be from a driver or many other things, Normally its a driver issue but not always.

So we will start out with some Obvious drivers that need to be Updated or Removed.

The first 3 are related to Saitek HDD Filter

Saibad64 Saibad64.sys Mon Oct 27 22:56:15 2008 Download drivers and software for Saitek products
SaibVdAd64 SaibVdAd64.sys Mon Oct 27 22:56:20 2008

wacommousefilter wacommousefilter.sys Fri Feb 16 12:12:17 2007 Wacom Hardware Drivers

After you get those drivers up to date, try running memtest86+

This test could take 6 to 8 hours!

One thing though...I dont know what Saitech product I have. I am using a HP Laptop (DV7) with the link to my specific machine here:

I'm not sure what i would need to download to update these...thanks again!

Saitech is typically a Peripheral device like Joysticks, keyboard, mice, game pads, wheels etc.. May not even need them, if not remove whatever device your using.

You can go to C:\Windows\System32 and rename Sahdad64.sys Saibad64.sys SaibVdAd64.sys from .sys to .old and that will disable the driver. If you noticed one of your peripherals not working you'll know it was the driver you named to .old you will then know what to download to update it.

Yes could be that as well, update that or rename the file as described above. Saitek makes lots of drivers!

On the reference list we get it don't show a lot of information regarding some drivers.
