Please Help With Me Create My Homegroup.

Hello everyone!


I want to make a network homegroup so that I could easily share files between computers without putting those data in a flash disk. My operating system cannot troubleshoot the problem. Does anyone have an idea about the issue of my computer? Thank you.

Thank you Jamie for taking time to respond to this. I've followed those links, but didn't work. I am starting to worry that it is because I cannot have Windows updates. Everytime I try to update, it says something like, "Windows cannot update, you need to restart your computer first," something like that. But after I reboot, the same thing happens. Am I now left with the option of reformatting my laptop?
