Please help!

I have problem with startup. I managed to just crash my computer someway.
When i start it , the screen says something like repair or start normally
When i want to repair it just loads and then the screen is black. Eventually the mouse comes on the screen and thats it. It stay there and does nothing. What am i supposed to do? I need my computer soon as possible ! Please help

If it boots when you select 'Start Normally', right clik the taskbar, select properties, go to the start menu tab, clik on customize, check the box next to 'Run command'. apply, ok, go to start, clik on Run, type msconfig, OK, choose the startup tab at top, disable all and reboot, put check in the box that pops up 'Don't show this' and OK.
If the machine boots without a message about repair it is a problem with something you recently installed, process of elimination by adding the programs back into the startup till you find the offending program....
