run chkdsk let it finish checking all partitions, then run sfc /scannow from command prompt as administrator see if that helps.

have you tried a clean boot?

do a memory test with windows memory diagnostics or memtest86 also check all frivers are upto date via manufacturer site.

I did what you said and everything verifed. intergrity good. and i got another one last night the code was be. and one today the saem 1e code from before..
