i ran Driver Verifier, as it was guided into one of the topic, after finish it.. i restarted and as it's said blue screen came . and that was ATK Asus ATK0110 .sys i uninstalled it from my device manager and rstart again,, and now it popup and say on taskbar.. ATK driver sucessfyly insatlled.. i will check if this BSOD still came.. i'm going to back fro WIN XP
Asus Utility is well known for problem and you really don't requrie it. Uninstall all the Asus Utilities completely.
Then go to C:\Windows\Drivers then rename ASACPI.sys to ASACPI.old then reboot the System then see whether it happens again.
