Please need help with Windows Server 2016

i just post this question since this is place were a lot of good people are giving good advice about almost anything about windows.

1. i just want to know if we have forum for Windows Server 2016 since this is sevenforums.
2. is there anyone who can give me an ebook or sites that i can download tutorial about Windows Server 2016 Data Center (also for Hyper V).
