Please show me

I use Win7 Professional 32-bit. I open C/Program Files. I right-click on individual program. I don't see Run As Admin. What do I do wrong. Please show me the right way. I already read the thread. I read Help and Support. I can't figure out. Please help.

Hello. Try this:
Press and hold Ctrl+Shift while opening the program.
