Your picbus.sys driver is incompatible with your system. You should go to the mfr site and download one that is

Do you have 3dmark installed? Thats probably causing the error. OTOH, if this just an event viewer entry and is not bothering you otherwise, just let it be.

I do use 3DMark06. When loading, theres 1 box says something about not responding...................then the app loads and I run it.
