Pls help admin login failed to load

Pls could someone help me, i have my admin account and a seperate user account for the kids, but recently i tried to login to my admin account and it says user service account failed to load and will not let me log in, i can't use system restore from the kids account as it asks for my admin password which is correct but error comes up that it can't find it. iv tried searching this error and other windows 7 customers have had the same problem, but how can i fix it if i cannot log in as i need my files etc from my own account and have no control from the kids account. I do not have the windows instalation disc as my laptop didn't come with one, it was already installed but i do have 3 disc which i created when i got the laptop.

Thanks i tried your link and it was helpful though i had to use my recovery discs which has got me my admin priveledges back, but lost all my pics and files and saved games etc, i did use the option for recover files and not delete them, and it did state they will be in a back up but i can't find them not sure what that means, and not sure where they would be, main thing is though it's all working fine and i have my admin account Thanks

I'm glad you got the account back but here's a long shot, maybe the pics and data got placed in a file called Windows.old, look at my snip to see where it may be though it's a real long shot but have a look and let us know.

Hi again and thank you for getting back to me, sorry i took so long to reply my partner has needed the laptop mostly this weekend, i am glad to tell you i have found all my old files where you told me to look and was able to recover them, and ust want to say a big thank you for the easy instructions and your advice, we really appreciate it, i would never of known they were there, thank you again and if we ever have any future problems we will be sure to discuss them here.

Its hard to follow the astute advice of BFK, but you may want to make a password reset disc, now. In the event of future problems you will be all ready to go.
