pls help

hello to everybody........i m new to this forum..........can anybody help me .......after installing win 7 X64 os my lenevo laptop facing 3 problems
1.on keybord shift + 2 key showing " sign and not @ sign ............sign location got interchange
2.on my laptop touchpad scroll down is not happening
3.my system is not able to recognize DVD drive......

Answering your questions in order:

1. This is down to the keyboard layout that is installed. To change it, see http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/86239-keyboard-layout-change.html
2. This is possibly a driver issue, Check Lenovo - Laptops, Notebooks, Netbooks, Desktops, Computers, & Accessories (you will need to navigate yourself, as you didn't supply a model number) to see if they offer a solution.
3. The built-in generic driver should be able to recognise your DVD drive. When you power up, is it being detected in the BIOS?
