Hey guys . i now found out why my fps is low in games.i used GPU tool and found that my default settings have been set to 2D low power clocks 405 405 and 810 mhz
when i select 3d clock it shows 589 405 1402.. but when i change from low 2d to 3d and hit apply it isnt chaging clocks still it shoows 405 405 810.plz help me if u have a heart plz

It most likely is changing clocks but the power saving downclocking feature kicks in unless the GPU is under load.

Whether the card is swtching to 3D mode or not will have an impact on FPS, but the biggest reason for low FPS in games is that that card really is a POS. Despite the smoke and sunshine Nvidia is blowing on the product page,
