I turn on my computer, then Im browsing internet (Google Chrome). When i Type in the search bar, my pointer become error. The white pointer become more bigger and there're pink, yellow, black colors in it (colors below). And my computer also got slower (when to run as admin computer goes black for a few seconds). Sadly when i capture the mouse using software the mouse is still white.

Can you check to make sure you display drivers are up to date?

I have sometimes seen this when the graphics card is about to die/on its way out.

I would monitor it for a week and see if it happens again. You might need a new graphics card soon.
(Unless the cables are going bad, that is a possibility as well.)
