pop out windows

Hi I have a small annoying problem in my favorites list i have various links with sub links
up untill last week when i scrolled down the pop out windows always opened on the right but now thay open on the left this happens in windows explorer only
if i scroll the list when internet explorer is open they all open to the right and any sub liks open to the right ?

Please clarify.
When you mention your favorites list open on the right ,,, are you talking when in Internet Explorer 8 or Explorer?
