pop up problem

so the problem is this thing keeps popping up on taskbar and causing my games to minimize and i cant keep on playing whan the game minimizes every 2-3 minutes

im running windows 7 64 bit
problems started occuring whan i left my laptop on through the night

ok i tried system restore but the problem remains

this has to be hardware&sound problem since the icon looks like it
