Possible bug/issue with hanging on welcome screen

Hello,

I have noticed windows 7 hanging on welcome screen when I use solid colour as my background as opposed to a photo, from one of my folders, when using a custom aero theme.

This doesn't happen in classic theme and I haven't tried the basic theme for the problem.

The visual effects I have enabled are:Custom, enable desktop composition, smooth edges of screen fonts and visual styles on windows and buttons.

Themes service is Automatic.

Does anybody else find the same problem?

No it was a clean install of 7 pro x64.
I have noticed it happening on both the x86 and x64 bit editions of 7 pro that I have installed.
