Possible One Time Blue Screen??

I have a CD Rom player, and a DVD CD Rom burner. I was burning CDs and then while that was going on, I tried to listen to another CD, and got the blue screen! :shock:

It restarted just fine, and did its evaluation and did not find anything. I know how critical blue screens can be, I was just wondering if it were possible to get one without having any major hardware failure that needs to be addressed?
