Thanks Patrick, indeed I bumped the Vcore to 1.575 and its using 1.522 and I have it running at 4.2 GHZ, if now I can make it stable. At these setting RAM is back up to 1600MHz which is stock, at 7-8-7-24T. This snip is with Photoshop X64 running.

You're welcome mate. Just double check that vcore doesn't exceed that chips max volt spec (don't know of the top of my head).
And Daves right, loosen the RAM and you might be able to lower that vcore. Then you can re-tighten timings.

Instead I'm just going with 1155. I just ordered a ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe Gen3 +2500K to play with until the ivy chip/revisions are released.
