I ran a scan with malwarebytes and it returned several Potentially unwanted Programs in the results which I have attached. I haven't removed any of them yet. It seems to me that these are all just file to install the potentially unwanted programs and that they are not yet installed. Should I just remove them with malwarebytes?

I would. I didn't see anything desirable in there and at least one definitely undesirable one.

Ok, is there anything else that I should do?

Also, I'm not sure if this is related, but whenever something is selected, the cursor blinks as if I could type something. It's hard to explain, you can see it in the video I attached.
