Power Efficiency Diagnostics

I'm such a ditz !! I've been jumping around too much trying to figure out some problems with my PC.
Evidently I was referred to check something, then got interrupted & didn't follow through. (that's the way my days seem to be lately,too much going on at once). Anyway. . . was just looking for things to clean out & came upon this(partial screen shot) & was wondering if someone can tell me how to get the full report posted here so you can help me with it?

D@## !!!!! I thought I posted 2 hrs. ago but I must have just clicked 'preview', then closed. Now I don't remember what I said so will just do a quickie. I also kinda posted a similar question in 'Performance & Maintenance' earlier this morn. Sorry, I know that's a no-no to double post but hadn't thought about here at that time. Anyway, I'm wondering if the items in my Event Viewer(screen shot below) are related to this Diagnostic Report & if so, how would I post this Report, after running it, to get some help from someone? But 1st must tell you that I'll be away from PC a couple days, will check back ASAP.
