Solved Power Options Not Working

Worked with Norton and fixed the issue on both my laptop and desktop. Tested power options without Google Chrome Browser loaded, monitors shut off. loaded Google Chrome Browser, monitors not shutting off. By process of elimination I found that "WeatherBug" extension was the culprit. removed "WeatherBug" extension, Monitors now shutting off.

Worked with NORTON tech. support Solved the issue. But when I run Google Chrome the monitors stay on. along with process of elimination of removing multiple open window browser pages in Google Chrome. found out when Google Chrome is not running monitor shuts off after 1 minute (as set in power options) When Chrome is running monitor stays on. Found that WeatherBug extension was keeping monitors on on both my laptop and desktop. Uninstalled WeatherBug extensions Now both monitors on Desktop and Laptop are now shutting off.
