Power Surge On Hub Port. Laptop.

Hi guys,
when I connect my USB 3.0 stick (128gb) I get this message, also my two extern HDD lose power and a USB mouse freezes. I tried with reinstalling USB drivers, also tried to reset USB power ports by turning laptop off, disconnecting all, taking the battery out and holding power button for 30 sec but the problem remains.
Can someone help me what to do?

Hi Snick,
I found that 4 pieces of it were bent and were touching the metal above.
I made them a little flat and one of them broke, but USB works now... don't know for how long.
