Solved PowerPoint 2013 - some detail not being shown

Only on one particular laptop, as the presentation has been tested on other machines and plays fine, yet running the same version of Office 2013, on a particular laptop connected to a projector it doesn't display some of the animated detail once playing, yet it does display on the slides when the presentation isn't being played.

I know you may require more information but thought I will start with the basics and let me know what you need to know.

I've managed to fix this... disabled hardware acceleration setting in PowerPoint 2013 and is now working fine.
