I recently upgraded my Acer Aspire 5516 notebook from Vista Home Basic to Windows 7 Home Premium.
Windows 7 defragmenter shows a partition called PQSERVICE. (Defraggler ® doesn't show it as a separate partition, but it doesn't do anything to it if I defrag C:.)
I want to have all of C: available, so I want to get rid of PQSERVICE. How?
(Catalyst Control Center is the only driver Windows 7 doesn't supply and it is available from Acer (109 MB).)
Under Vista would this 'partition' have been formatted as NTFS? Is it actually a separate partition or is it just placed on the C: partition in a normally none accessible area?
[FONT="]I'm posting this before running Easeus partition manager--don't know if it will do the job properly or not.
