Print job stops randomly

I nned some help to resolve the following trouble:

Randomly on Windows 7 64 bits users can't print anymore whatever the printer choosen.

Printers are shared on a network server .

The only way close and log session again.

Do you have admin access to the printer server in your business environment? Can you provide a JCGriff Report of your printer server without violating your business' security policy? It contains a lot of information concerning your system (sys/app event logs, specs, various error reports, drivers, etc.), and while it makes no effort to provide private information like passwords, there is enough information to assist someone for intrusion.

Honestly, for a business, unless it's your business or you have authority to make security decisions, it would not be wise nor expedient to ask assistance on an open forum. You should contact your internal IT department or whoever typically services your network and servers.
