Print ques and other windows

Good Evening Seven Forums,

I have vision problem. In order for me to be able to adjust the monitor resolution to this resolution 1280 x 720. I use an HP flat screen 21", I realize the best display is at a MUCH higher resolution, however with that resolution I cannot increase the dots per inch for text big enough to be able to easly read text. If I did increase the text dots per inch then I would have a problem with Expression Web 4, the text would be way out of balance.

Now my problem:
Just about any program that I use the various windows like the printer quie, where you set portrate or landscape is so large i cannot reach the OK, CANCELL. These windows do not allow me to decrease the vertical size to expose the OK or what ever. I get around this by minimizing all the open areas so I can change the resolution to a much higher one, then I expand the program with the problem, I can then see the buttons that i could not see before.

My Question:\
Can any one tell me if Windows 7 Pro be modified to allow these non adjustable windows be adjustable or a third party software that would allow these changes. Seven forums has been able to solver some crazy problems for me when no one else could.
Any help will be appreciated.

You might see if you may be able to use Magnifier with them.

Your suggestion about the magnifier does not work, I all ready have the Win 7 pro magnifier setup even pinned to the task bar, the small window can be made widder and taller however the pointer is in the center of the magnified area and can never reach the OK or Print or what ever I need to click in the print window. Also when you move the magniier area near the edge of an open window or the X close in the upper right the magnifier pulses on and off so the magnifier is useless near active areas.
