I have just tried to use my printer for the first time since I upgraded from Vista to 7.
It scans ok, but wont print I get a message, turn on bi-enabling in dialogue box under properties. This dont exist. I am using a all-in-one printer/scanner Canon MP640.
I have the original programme disc, so I thought I would re-install. I deleted what I could from Progs. and Features, and tried to delete the Prog files from my hard drive.
I then got the message that I needed full admin. rightts to delete these files.

Iused command promp and activated "net user adiministrator /active:yes" and signed in with full admin rights. Trouble is, it still wont allow me to delete these prog files, telling me I need to have full admin. rights.

Any advice? Please keep it simple aas bit of a newbie.
