Hi - I would like to delete a printer from showing up in my devices and printers list. There are many web references to using the Print Management tool that is supposed to be part of Administrative Tools in Windows 7 Home Premium, but it doesn't show on my pc.
I did a search for printmanagement.msc and found two copies. When I tried to run them they both gave me the following error "MMC could not creat the snap-in".
Two questions - how do I get the Print Management tool to work?
- if I can't get it to work how do I blow away all traces of the now-defunct printer?
Thanks for any help -
Dave
