I just migrated to Win 7(64) this weekend, fairly smooth. However, I have noticed that the Brother 5250DN printer is offline all the time; wireless. If I go to SERVICES and turn off Print Spooler for a few seconds it works when I put the spooler back on. Any ideas? Thanks.

I am having a similar problem, but turning the spooler off and then back on doesn't solve it.

I just purchased a Brother HL-4570CDW printer. I am using a wireless connection to my router. One Win 7 computer running Win 7 Home Addition has no trouble printing to it. Another computer running Win 7 Pro says the printer is offline and I am unable to print to it.

I worked on this the better part of yesterday and again this morning. Finally, I set the printer up for sharing on the Win 7 Home machine and printed to the shared printer from the Win 7 Pro machine. It works. But it makes no sense why one would work printing directly to the networked printer and the other not.
