Hey Everyone,

So I have a Macbook pro and a windows 7 desktop. I bought an Airport express so both of my computers could use my printer without having to switch the USB to each other computer. I got it working fine, but my win 7 pc was acting up. I installed bonjour, and there were two printer options. The first printer option was for the actual printer. I selected that and nothing would print. It would say the printer was disconnected.

I then, tried to use bonjour to connect my desktop to my macbook and print through my mac. Bonjour froze during that time, and now ever few seconds, my computer tries to print through my macbook ("Printing - Eastman Kodak Company Kodak ESP-3 AiO @ Miller's MacBook Pro"). Then an error pops up with Software communication error. The error tells me to cancel all print jobs, and restart the computer. Its not letting me cancel the print jobs. I can restart the computer and the print jobs still appear. I tried to delete the printer and it won't delete. Any ideas on what to do?

Have you tried reinstalling the printer?

Also I have an old Windows XP Laptop for backup/occasional use etc.
Well, I did a system restore. Fixed the issue with the print job canceling.

I reinstalled the printer, and I can print when the USB cord is connected to my computer. I can print from my mac through the airport express.

The windows PC recognizes the printer through the airport. When I go to print, I get an error saying "Printer is not responding". Then it tells me to check the USB cable and what not.

I'm lost of what to do next.

After relentless searching, I found something that worked. Only thing I really can't do now is scan, which isn't so bad because I usually only scan one document per week.

I had the printer working the other day. I went to print today from my Windows PC and it wouldn't work. I kept getting the "Printer not responding" error, where it told me to reconnect the USB Cable.

Any ideas?
