Printer Problems

Recently my Dell AIO 922 printer stopped working and I used these Forums to seek advice. I read many messages which seemed to relate to my problems but these failed to help. I have now solved the problem without uninstalling/reinstalling the printer, I Restored the computer to a date before the problem appeared which happened after I had updated some drivers using the program Drivermax. The printer now seems to function normally.

Hi! thyde9337, welcome to W7F :)

Updating printer, and video drivers thorough a third-party can, and usually do cause problems.
Glad to hear you were able to use the forums to help solve your problem.
Maybe somewhere along the process it jogged your memory to try the restore point option.

It is unusual that someone would search the forums for help, then resolve the issue, and post to help others. You are to be commended for your efforts.
