Printer problems

OK, I have a Dell Inspiron 560 Computer and a HP F4480 printer. My problem is, I click print, then the print page comes up and I select No off, 5 or 10, and it only prints one page at a time. I produce a monthly newsletter for our local Senior Citizens Club and need to print at least 30 to 40 copies. It is probably a minor problem, but if anybody can tell me how to fix it, I will be Greatfull.

Yeh Brian, that's it and I can click up to 5 or 20 copies but only get one. Not sure if the problem is in the computer, printer or softwear.

When you selected how many pages you want to print, did you click Apply>OK to save your change?

I click OK, but I cannot see APPLY anywhere.

The bottom line on the print window only has Preveiw on the left side and OK & Cancel on the left side.

I get that window if I want to print an e-mail, but get a different window when I want to print a Works Word page.

If this doesn't work, it must be something to do with the printer settings within the printer's options.
