I've got a Dell laptop and am trying to get either of two printers to connect. Both are recognised as scanners but the printer modules are not being recognised. The printers I am trying to use are a Brother DCP-197C
and an Epson Stylus Office BX525WD.

I'm running on Windows 7 Home Premium

Anyone know how to resolve this?
