Printing to XP Shared Printer

I'm trying to print from a Windows 7 notebook to a XP shared printer. I'm able to detect and 'add' the network printer on the notebook. When I try to print, a document shows up in the printer's queue on the notebook but never goes over to the XP PC. This might be related: I can 'detect' the XP PC on the notebook but the XP PC does not detect the notebook.

Are both computers part of the same workgroup? Do you have any security software on the XP computer that may be preventing it from seeing the Windows 7 computer? Have you configured the Windows 7 computer to allow file and printer sharing?
