Printscreen crashes my computer

Hello,

When i use the printscreenbutton my mouse doesnt move but my monitor stays on my computer isnt responding and it seems like it crashes for some reason this is not only with printscreen but this is with the extra buttons to on the top of my keyboard like the search button for Ie or the mute button it also happens to me when i try 2 sign in at skype!
I already tried rebooting through the windows 7 cd many times but that didnt help for me


windows 7 proffesional sp pack 1 32 bit

proccesor: amd athlon II x2 240 proccesor 2.80ghz


been having this issue for a long time and i really want it fixed!

Since the problem seems to be confined to the use of the keyboard, have you tried using a spare keyboard to see if the problem contines? If it does, that would suggest that either a program or driver is at fault, and you would have to do a clean boot confirm whether it is or not. If it is, then you would have to reenable those items one at a time, or in alternating blocks until you could determine which is the cause, and either reinstall or eliminate it.
