I am new here and Since I am technically challenged when it comes to computers; so I am hoping someone can help me. I have an Hp Pavilion g7-1317cl notebook 64 bit win 7 Laptop. I am trying desperately to remove the switch user option on the login screen. There is a blue arrow and when you hit on it, it takes you to another login screen and it has the option to "reset password". It says there is another user but it is just me set up as having the only user account. The login screen is password protected and I want to disable the option to switch user. Can anyone help me?
