privilege problem

i try to setup one software but i can't mem patch any more. i am suppose to be a adminstrator but it says ->could not get debug privilege? Are you admin? . I am the one who has got all the right to do anything in my laptop. anyone help me in that condition!!!

If you go to your user control panel does it say administrator next to your name?
