are you using a legit copy?
are you getting an error message when installing?
what version of windows 7 you have?

when installing it at first it seems to be doing nothing but just leave it for a couple of minutes

i am using the original game and iam using win 7 ultimate 32bit.it starts installation and when it start to copy files even after 1 hour it cannot complete.i dont have any message of error
